Refund Policy
At Coyote Peak Peptides, all products are sold strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns We do not accept returns on any research peptides, reagents, or ancillary products. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our research-grade products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coyotepeakresearch@gmail.com.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
Lost Shipments If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please allow 3 business days before contacting us, as carriers occasionally mark packages early. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in permanent account suspension and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
