Due to the critical high-purity requirements of preclinical reagents and the climate-sensitive nature of lyophilized synthetic peptides, Coyote Peak enforces a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, and All Sales Final policy once a shipment has departed our logistics facility.
- Data Integrity Preservation: Once a reference chemical leaves our climate-controlled environment, its environmental exposure, ambient temperature fluctuations, and physical handling conditions cannot be verified. To ensure that zero cross-contamination occurs, we can never accept a returned compound back into our distribution inventory.
- Independent Research Protection: This policy strictly protects our independent research network. Every client is guaranteed to receive completely unhandled, factory-sealed, pristine chemical reagents directly from our original supply chain.
- Damaged or Broken Vials: If your package is damaged in transit and a physical vial seal is broken or compromised, you must document the unopened package with high-resolution photos and email our compliance team within 48 hours of delivery. Verified transit damage will result in an immediate replacement shipment at no cost to your laboratory.
Chemical Shipping & Handling Policy
- Geographic Restrictions & Compliance: Coyote Peak Research operates in strict compliance with local, national, and international chemical transport regulations. We exclusively ship to destinations within approved domestic United States territories. We do not ship to international addresses, freight forwarders, or states with localized restrictions on experimental chemical distribution. Any order flagged with an unauthorized destination address will be systematically voided and refunded.
